At Simple Dive we specialise in Oxygen-Clean Air and gas fills—exceeding the requirements of AS2299.1 – 2015 Occupational Diving Operations. Air fills start at $15 and Nitrox fills up to 40% O₂ start at $30.

Custom Trimix fills are available by prior arrangement. Pricing depends on the requested gas blend, cylinder volume and fill pressure; contact us for availability and a quote.

3. Tank & Valve Compliance

  • All cylinders must pass a visual inspection and have a valid hydrostatic test mark (within 12 months).
  • All Nitrox fills require proof that both cylinder and valve have been oxygen-cleaned within 12 months.

4. Cold Fill Recommendation

  • Tanks filled immediately may be warmer than room temperature, and internal pressure can drop as they cool. Drop off your cylinders an hour before pickup to allow them to cool, so a top-up can be done for you.

5. Additional Information

  • Mixed Gas Analysis: All Nitrox & Trimix fills must be analysed by the diver before pick up; diver must provide a valid Nitrox / Trimix certificate.

  • Tank Identification: Please ensure your cylinders and valves are clearly labelled with fill pressure and test dates.

  • Peak Periods: During peak times (weekends, holiday seasons), turnaround may take up to an hour.

  • Payment & Cancellation: Payment is due on drop off.
