We aim to deliver your gear safely and efficiently so you can focus on what matters: diving. The following outlines our shipping process, timelines, rates, and important conditions for both domestic and international orders.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

  • During periods of high order volume (e.g. EOFY sale, Christmas), dispatch times may be extended.

  • If we anticipate a significant delay, you will be notified via email or phone.

  • Custom orders (such as configured dive systems or branded gear) may require additional lead time.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Within Australia

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout

  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over AUD $299 (standard shipping only, within Australia)

📦 Delivery estimates apply from the time of dispatch, not the time of order placement.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select regions.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Buyers are responsible for all international customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and may be collected upon delivery.

  • Simple Dive is not liable for delays caused by customs processing in your country.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.

  • Tracking numbers are typically activated within 24 hours.

  • You can monitor your shipment’s progress via the carrier’s online tracking portal.


5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take care to package all orders securely. However:

  • Simple Dive is not liable for any damage or loss during transit.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please:

    1. Take clear photos of the packaging and the product,

    2. Retain all packaging materials,

    3. Lodge a claim with the courier directly.

  • For assistance, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


6. PO Boxes & Delivery Restrictions

  • Standard shipping may be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers within Australia.

  • Express shipping requires a physical address.
