
Who this course is for:
- Technical divers who have completed decompression procedures training and want to extend their depth range safely, divers interested in reducing nitrogen narcosis effects at depth, and those looking to advance their technical diving education to deeper environments.

Course prerequisites:
- Minimum age 18
- TDI Decompression Procedures Diver or equivalent certification
- TDI Advanced Nitrox Diver or equivalent certification
- Proof of 100 logged dives with at least 20 dives deeper than 30 metres/100 feet
- Proof of 25 logged decompression dives

- Advanced buoyancy control and trim at depth
- Deep diving emergency procedures (out-of-gas emergencies, equipment failures, rapid ascents, etc.)
- Dive planning software and decompression modeling for trimix dives
- Equipment selection and configuration for deep trimix diving
- Gas analysis and cylinder labeling procedures
TDI Trimix Diver minimum certification requirements:
- Satisfactorily complete the written examination with a minimum score of 80%
- Complete all open water requirements safely and efficiently
- Demonstrate mature, sound judgment concerning deep dive planning and execution
- Demonstrate proper gas switching and emergency procedures
- Show mastery of buoyancy control and team awareness at depth
Required Equipment:
- Primary cylinder in either double tank or sidemount configuration
- 2 stage/decompression cylinders, regulators with rigging systems
- Dry suit recommended
- 2 dive computers
- 2 surface marker buoys (SMB) and line reels of at least 1.5m
